Need help for burmese girl in bangkok.

Sorry , this may not the right topic but I need help for this girl from burmese people , so if you can help please read....

Dear friends, I’ve met a Burmese girl who comes to find work
in Thailand.
She has been in Thailand
for over two years and I just met her two months ago through an introduction of
a friend cause I'm looking for a housekeeper.

She has register paper from Thai labor authority so I'm not worry about any
legal matter.

But what hit me hard is the girl is about 19 years old and can not read or
write Burmese , she can speak her dialect Burmese, some Thai and fortunately
can write numbers in English (...1..2...3...)So at least she can jog down
telephone number when she speaks with someone on the phone and I can understand
the numbers she noted too.

Now come the problem, she want to send money back to her mom in Burma but she
dose not have her Burma home address and when I ask for the local phone number
of her mom (or someone near by the house), she call her cousin who came to
work with her in Bangkok, and got the phone number 083 XXX-XXXX for me and tell
me that is the number that she can talk with her mom in Burma. Which surprise
me because the 083-xxx-xxxx is the format of mobile phone in Thailand but she
said when she call to that number there will be some kind of connection through
that line to get her to talk to her mom (what she try to explain is like you
call and operator connected for you).She said it work that way and have worked
before. So I let she call that number but this time no one answer the phone.

The ring tone that we hear is Burmese song and I don’t have
to dial any country code or anything, it just like you call from one cell phone
to another. That of cause not makes any sense for me. And when I try to tell
her that she was lied to, she cry and not try to understand.

This is some info that I like you all to understand first:-

    1 the cousin that
she come to Thailand with, has a boyfriend and lure her cousin for money and
use to lie her that he can sent money back to Burma.

    2 she came to Thailand
for over 2 years and try to send money back to her mom once but her cousin just
keep it for herself!!! She can’t do any thing because she knows no one but that
cousin.

    3 this poor girl
can speak Thai but not good enough to explain all things that had happen to her
for me to understand her thoroughly and vice versa.

I need someone (who speak Burmese to her and speak Thai or English
to me) to call me and I will let you talk to her , ask her for her address in Burma
(or help her find out) then we can sent mail with her photo to her mom and have
her mom sent photo back to her that for starter before sending any money or anything
else .
